Super Eagles  keeper and captain, Vincent Enyeama, who Thursday, October 8 announced his retirement from the team has agreed to return.

Enyeama’s decision to return was taken yesterday in Belgium after a three- hour meeting with the president of Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Amaju Pinnick.

Pinnick told Sunday Sunsports exclusively after the meeting.

“I had a very fruitful meeting with Enyeama. Our meeting lasted for three hours and I must tell you that all is well now. Enyeama will return after the game against Cameroon tomorrow (today). He spoke with Oliseh on phone after our meeting. He (Enyeama) is not in camp at the moment but he is likely going to watch the match against Cameroon from the stands,” Pinnick disclosed.
Enyeama decided to quit the Eagles over Oliseh’s decision to strip him of the skipper’s band. The new Eagles gaffer has since named Ahmed Musa new captain of the team with Ogenyi Onazi as vice captain.

Meanwhile Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has hinted that Super Eagles players will be restricted on their use of social media while on international duty following the face off between Sunday Oliseh and Vincent Enyeama last Tuesday.

NFF president, Amaju Pinnick made this known after a meeting in Belgium on Saturday. He said a code of conduct document would be released soon and it involves restrictions on social media
Pinnick said
“A small group had been working on the document and I am happy to say that it is now ready for implementation. This will spell out how players and officials must conduct themselves while in any of the national camps, and minimize the probability of misunderstanding between coaches and players.
“The recent happening in the camp of the Super Eagles in Belgium was unwarranted but I am happy we have been able to put that behind us. Both Coach Sunday Oliseh and player Vincent Enyeama even spoke cordially on Saturday during Enyeama’s meeting with the NFF leadership,
“No player launches his career through the social media. When players are at their clubs, they don’t broadcast camp situation on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram, The same restraint and discipline must be observed in the national camp.”
