DJ ZEEZ SUED BY HIS RECORD LABEL ‘HF RECORDS’

HF Records has sued its act Kingsley Elikpo, aka DJ Zeez, following his inability to meet his obligations as outlined in his contract.

In other not to breach the contract he has with them, HF Records are ready to also sue any entertainment company willing to engage him while the case is still in court.

It was revealed that Zeez has been truly served the court processes, including the motion for injunction to restrain him from performing at shows and engaging in music-related business with other persons or organisations in violation of his contract with HF Music.

In an affidavit submitted to the court, DJ Zeez however denied that he was performing shows for other organizations without the label’s consent.
