According to an exclusive report by In Touch magazine, the “Drunk in Love” singer and the “Empire State of Mind” rapper are splitting after seven years of marriage. The mag suggests there are a slew of reasons why these two are dunzo but, at the center of it all, are the cheating allegations Jay Z has been riddled with for years.
One insider tells the magazine the relationship is “dead” and Beyoncé is “sick of keeping up the ruse of happiness.”
Also fueling this gossip is the fact that Beyoncé performed on Labor Day weekend for the first time in more than a year at the Made in America music festival, has avoided a one-on-one interview for the last 18 months, didn’t show up for the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards in August, and didn’t give an interview to Vogue even though she’s on the cover of their September issue.
“It’s like she’s on lockdown and doesn’t want to be asked about her marriage or why she and Jay haven’t had another child after Blue Ivy,” the insider continues. “But in private, she’s already told friends and family that she’s moving forward with her life. She’ll soon make a public announcement that their marriage is over.”
“At this point, all they have left is a business relationship,” the insider says. “They will have no choice but to announce that their marriage is over. They can only hide the truth for so long.”
In Touch also notes that Jay Z’s alleged affair history — which includes designer Rachel Roy, Rihanna, Mýa, Rita Ora, and Liv McFallar — has kept Bey on “high alert” over the years and made her cautious of his actions.
This is not the first nor will it be the last divorce rumor surrounding this couple but, we have to admit, there are quite a few solid points being made.
