A lawsuit has been file against Drizzy! A jazz musician has accused Drake of cheating and lying on his latest album.
According to reports, the musician claims that the rapper stole his lyrics and lied about getting permission.
Entertainment blog Necolebitchie.com reports that the song in question is "Pound Cake/Paris Morton Music 2".
“The song begins with a 35 second monologue from a 1982 song "Jimmy Smith Rap" recorded by jazz musician Jimmy Smith,” the blog wrote. Drake apparently never got permission to use the clip.
